Description

This client who is the maker of drinks is looking to recruit Sales Agents to sell her products as with other FMCGs through their company’s app on a marketplace. Sales Agents will work physically with retailers and wholesalers to get them onto the online platform, train their clients on how to use this app, and persuade them to use it to run their business.

Responsibilities

• Determine the market for which you are targeting.
• Instruct the customer base on how to use the app to place orders
• Update information on the price and availability of products
• Respond to customer’s complaints and questions following the established procedures
• Increase market share by ensuring that assigned sales goals are met
• Sometimes, customers meet with sales representatives to discuss new and upcoming products.
• Co-operate within internal teams to guarantee the best quality of services for the customers.
• Give market insights to the stakeholders, identify the gaps in products and business opportunities
• Create sales proposals that are responsive to the needs of the customer, concerns, and goals

Competency/Skill/Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject.
• A minimum of 1-year selling experience, in whatever industry
• Experience with trading on online platforms
• Knowledge of the product range for all products that the company offers
• Experience managing wholesalers/retailers on all levels
• Understanding the market and understanding the customer
