BREAKING: APP To Drag Tinubu To Court Over Academic Qualifications

On Monday, June 27, 2022 the Action Peoples Party will drag Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu (the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC), to court to contest his academic qualifications for the 2023 presidential elections.

This decision was prompted by alleged irregularities in Tinubu’s academic qualifications and documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Uche Nnadi (chairman of the party) disclosed the news on Friday and said that there are enough facts to support the claim.

Nnadi claims that INEC’s publication of the list candidates for the 2023 elections shows that APC presidential candidate is not eligible as his forms contain false information.

He stated, “Tinubu denied attending primary and secondary but claimed a university degree on new INEC forms published today (Friday).

Tinubu is guilty of perjury because he abandoned his claim that he attended primary school. He swore in an affidavit for the governor’s race but now claims that he has not attended primary school.

Tinubu’s 2007 affidavit states that Tinubu has both primary and secondary schools. Tinubu’s new forms are inconsistent with this assertion.

“Tinubu’s declaration on INEC forms that he has not attended primary or secondary school is false, given his earlier nomination forms from 2007 under oath which contained alleged controversial primary schools and secondary schools.
